Dance Rebetiko is a cultural initiative dedicated to preserving and celebrating the tradition of Modern Greek Rebetiko dances. Our focus is on the deep, expressive dances of the working-class urban Greeks — including Zeibekiko, Hasapiko, and Karsilamas — that carry the soul of modern Hellenism.
We believe that dance is more than movement. It’s a lived expression of stories, emotions, resistance, and unity.
